Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order has been submitted, we begin preparing it quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at CustomerService@Mishtu.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. You can also use Shop Pay Installments for flexible payment options at checkout.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more (excluding taxes and gift cards). This applies to deliveries within the 48 contiguous states.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, while express and premium shipping options deliver faster. Processing may take 1–2 business days before shipment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Mishtu ships within the U.S. only — but we’re working on expanding soon!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the shipment date to return or exchange eligible items in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at CustomerService@Mishtu.com or via live chat with your order number, and we’ll email you a prepaid return label. A $7 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Each piece is crafted with care and deserves gentle handling.
